Owner, Ray J. Norris enjoys 25+ years experience developing and leading large scale technology and software solutions. Working exclusively with Small-Mid Size Businesses since 2004, Ray turned his focus to teaching and developing internet based marketing solutions. Ray brings numerous perspectives to his craft. For his range, subtlety and almost tourettes-like honesty, Ray clearly enjoys sharing insights as well as timely fundamentals to his clients and followers.

Ray also founded ITSOkc, a Kansas City based non-profit that teaches Inbound Internet Marketing to Small Business Owners of the Kansas City area.
